📦 Processing Times
Each order is lovingly hand-prepared in our little haunted workshop. Please allow 2–3 business days for us to process and package your items before they ship.
🚀 Delivery Times & Carriers
Once your order has been conjured up, we’ll send it via Evri or Yodel. These magical couriers usually deliver within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our crypt!
🧛♀️ Free UK Shipping
We offer free UK shipping on all orders—no spells, potions, or minimums required. It’s just how we like to treat our fellow spooky souls. 🖤
🌍 International Shipping
Live outside the UK? No problem, pumpkin! We’re happy to ship internationally, but since our magical mail routes vary by destination, please email us at tracy@furryandfrightful.com with your location and what you’d like to order. We’ll fetch a custom quote and conjure up a shipping option just for you.
