How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 days. Once shipped, UK deliveries typically arrive in 1–2 days via Evri or Yodel.
You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your parcel is off haunting the postal system.

Do you offer free UK shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is included on all UK orders, no matter how small your haul of spooky snuggles.

Do you offer international shipping?

Right now, we ship to UK addresses only.

Will my items arrive together?

Yes—they’ll ship in one haunted bundle. If anything changes (like backorders), we’ll email you with updates.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you spot a boo-boo in your address, contact us right away!
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. Once dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

What materials are used in your products?

We use high-quality anti-pill polar fleece, absorbent layers with Zorb™, and safe, pet-friendly cottons or polycottons and polyester wadding.


Each piece is crafted with comfort, style, and guinea pig safety in mind.

Don’t your pee pads get smelly?

Not at all! Our pads are designed to stay fresher for longer. The top layer is made from anti-pill polar fleece, which naturally wicks moisture away—so your piggy stays dry and cozy on the surface.

Inside, we use Zorb™, an absorbent material trusted by top brands in the medical and incontinence industries. It locks in moisture and helps prevent odours from developing in the first place.

How do I care for my guinea pig’s spooky bedding?

Our fleece items are machine washable and made to last.

Are your products handmade in-house?

They sure are! Every cozy tunnel, sack, and fleece forest is handmade by me in my home workshop.

I've broken more needles than I care to admit, and my early prototypes were… let’s just say, a little frightful (in the wrong way). My poor guinea pigs had to endure the spooky horror of lopsided seams and uneven padding while I honed my patterns and perfected my methods.

Now, each item is made with the kind of care, quality, and attention to detail that only comes from personal experience—and a lot of trial and error!
