Return and Refund Policy

At Furry and Frightful, we want every creature comfort to be absolutely *eerie-sistible*. But if something’s not quite right, don’t worry — our haunted haven allows returns within 30 days of delivery.

🎃 Eligibility for Returns


To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (a receipt or order number)

🦇 How to Start a Return


Send us a spooky little message at tracy@furryandfrightful.com to request a return. 

Returns will need to be sent to: Furry and Frightful, 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 6EB

If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return label along with detailed instructions on how to send your parcel back to our lair. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted - ghost rules!

---🕸️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something’s amiss — broken, spooky in the wrong way, or simply not what you ordered — contact us right away so we can make it right with a quick conjuring spell.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are simply too cursed to come back:

- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out and we’ll help you unmask the mystery.

 🔁 Exchanges
Need to swap your snuggle spell for another? The quickest way is to return the item, and once approved, place a new order for the one you want.

 🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is headed into the EU, you're entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days — no spooky reason required. The item must still be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

💸 Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Just a heads-up: It might take your bank or card issuer a little longer to process the magic on their end.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, give us a holler at tracy@furryandfrightful.com.
